I'm a fine art painter who communicates the joy I feel with the voice of color. Just I as I have been inspired to sing the song of my soul with paint and palette, I am now being inspired to pick up a pen and write. Listen Hear, A Divine Love Story journals a year of my awakening to the Voice of Love. I used to have to guard my thoughts; now my thoughts guard and guide me. It’s like I have a life coach in my head, but the wisdom is from a whole different source than my brain.
I invite you to spend some time here perusing excerpts from my book and browsing a gallery of my paintings. Listen Hear, A Divine Love Story is book about a year of my spiritual awakening, one in which I became aware of the clear and ever present voice of the most loving spirit whom I now call God My Father. He speaks clearly and poetically to me words of comfort and guidance. He tells me He loves me and all. And that I not to slouch but to walk tall for I as well as you are so much more that the mere earthly beings we see in the mirror and that in fact we are as glorious as the sun and each His sons and daughters.
There was a time I wanted to run but I didn’t. I stayed in the same place and heard the voice of God speak plainly and clearly to me telling me that He was waiting within not above. And that He is here for each and all waiting with a redeeming gift, His Divine Love. I didn’t wake up one day and hear the voice of God, I woke up one day and recognized it. I have heard this voice all along singing such a sweet song but never did I know it was the voice of Love and what a gift the acknowledgement of it’s presence would be to me. ~ Debra Clemente |
