It’s like I have a life coach in my head, but the wisdom is from a whole different source than my brain.  ~ Debra Clemente

In their heart,
the Living Book of the living
was manifest,
The book which was written in thought
and in mind of the Father and,
from before the foundation of the All,
is in that incomprehensible part of him.

The Gospel of Truth

Urantia Book

Adjusters should not be thought of as living in the material brains of human beings. They are not organic parts of the physical creatures of the realms.

...indirectly and unrecognized the Adjuster is constantly communicating with the human subject, especially during those sublime experiences of the worshipful contact of mind with spirit in the superconsciousness.

...the love and devotion of a Thought Adjuster as the most truly divine affection in all creation... the devotion of an Adjuster to the individual is touchingly sublime, divinely Fatherlike.

The Adjuster is not trying to control your thinking, as such, but rather to spiritualize it, to eternalize it.

You need not wait until a dire hour to make this plea for I am always available to thee. You do not have to do any of this alone. Help is available. Aid, comfort and wisdom untold are all awaiting the word from you, the word of acceptance of My love into your heart, the word asking for My will to be done as you set aside your own. I am your Loving Father and you have been the defiant teenager determined to do things your way and all alone. I gave you this independence and I do not take it away. It can only be by your choice that you come to Me and choose to see things My way.

The Voice of Love never hurts with Its words.

My own experience has shown that whenever it is the Voice of God that I hear the message is pure and the meaning is clear. I began to fully understand this in my own mind as when I would ask about anyone or anything, the answers that came to me were always short and sweet. No ego play involved at all. Any selfish dreams the small me might have had to get "the dish or dirt" on another never appeared. ~ Deb

So what is the basis of truth, the truth kernel, in tales of witches, those who were said to not be mortal and could instantly manifest themselves at whim anywhere as anything?

This is to do with manifestations of those who possess a higher consciousness and the unknowing mind of material man takes it for evil. As it is a demonstration of power he knows not and fears, he thus calls it evil. Man has lived so small for so many years and has done a fine job of dousing out the fire, putting out the light, of those whose light they did not understand, thus feared. Crucifixion became their answer. Fear has ruled man’s day and night.

There is another group among us living sequestered from our American mainstream society, the Amish and Dunkard’s come to mind. They shun the life and supposed ease of life Americans are so proud of.

Yes, these groups are founded on the principle of simplicity. This is their rule, just as much as the Love of God is.

God Through Colleen Etana with The Holy Spirit:

If you hear a message from one who says they are with Me, and that message speaks or makes you feel separate from the one who is speaking and does not make you feel everyone is included in that message, as it must pertain to everyone as well, I would be highly suspect of both the message and the messenger.
Are they defensive, overbearing and snotty when you question them? Are they reacting rather than patiently and temperately responding?

Also if the message does not magnify, illuminate, or point the way to Me, but seeks to glorify the messenger, know that this is not a Holy Messenger though it may 'sound like a holy message' and do not believe it!
They deceive themselves and seek to take you along with them.

They speak without true knowledge. For they seek to gain followers for themselves rather than disciples for God.

They may speak about Oneness and Love, which may tickle your ears, but you can tell by the way they live their lives continually, not by what they are preaching, no matter what religion they say they are of or seem to practice on the outside.

Learn to read between the lines of the hogwash they're trying to sell you. Unfortunately they are deceived themselves.

And the Truth will come out in the wash eventually along with their true colors, for give them enough rope and they will hang themselves by their own egos.

Speaking not gently, consistently or accurately, they will trip themselves up for all to see.

Are they preaching hell fire and brimstone? Condemnation?

Preaching about how they are bringing My Judgment and Wrath upon the earth?

Be not taken down with them and jump ship quickly for your own sake!

Remember what has been said about lying down with dogs?

I say you will pick up fleas and ticks that bite, molest you and are hard to get rid of, possibly even mange which is even more difficult to cure if at all depending on the type.

And so it is.

AMEN"

If ye love me, keep my commandments.

John 14:12-17 King James Version (KJV)

12 Verily, verily, I say unto you, He that believeth on me, the works that I do shall he do also; and greater works than these shall he do; because I go unto my Father. 13 And whatsoever ye shall ask in my name, that will I do, that the Father may be glorified in the Son. 14 If ye shall ask any thing in my name, I will do it. 15 If ye love me, keep my commandments. 16 And I will pray the Father, and he shall give you another Comforter, that he may abide with you for ever; 17 Even the Spirit of truth; whom the world cannot receive, because it seeth him not, neither knoweth him: but ye know him; for he dwelleth with you, and shall be in you.
Jesus said: “If you love me, you will keep my commandments.” I know what this means. Now, I hear it clear. What God is saying through Jesus, the man, the Christ.

* * *

Love Me first. Love Me with all of your being. Love Me with all of your heart and mind and then thus my commandments will be kept by you. For this Love I am shall fill you and give you the power, the sight, to do my will freely.

I did not mean that one is to fulfill My commandments by his own power and thus as he does he shows his love to Me. That was the story of old. But this story Jesus tell is new, it is the Good News. And the Good News is if you love me completely, I will fill you with my Love completely. I will give you My power, the power of my Holy Spirit to do as me easily.

Do not wait until you are perfect to come to Me. For I say again, none can be perfect except as they live through Me. This has been and continues to be the confusion of the masses. My Love is above all written law, for My Love is My Law which I offer unto each heart as the transforming agent. When you call upon the power of My Love you are not alone for all the power and grace of Heaven moves through you, as you fluidly, naturally. For I am your God and Live in the Heart wishing so to express the power of My great Love through thee.

Express your love. Express your loyalty to Me and you shall know this Love I am, this Love Divine living as you, through you. Thus you shall keep all of My commandments for Love is the Law of all. I am God. I am Love. I am this Love for you to be. I am this Love for all to see.

Limit yourself not. It is not God that forgot. You My children have forgotten Me. You call you not My name in love. You seek not the Presence of Me within thee. I call your name continually. Speak to Me. Ask to know the Love I am intimately.

* * *

The “Spirit of Obedience” is not something we do of our own will. The “Spirit of Obedience” is that “Grace” God gives us to do His will naturally. It is a gift of, a sign of, the New Birth within. Again, we can not do the will of God on our own. The Spirit of God, the Spirit of Love must so fill us and thus shall “will” us to do and God wishes us to do. I have felt this. I do feel this. I do know this, which is the difference, the difference the indwelling of God’s Spirit of Love makes within one’s human heart. I have know this and shown this all before I have found and understood biblical reference to it. I know the difference for I lived fifty years the other way, trying to be good, trying to do God’s will, trying to be perfect, to be in my own eyes worthy of God’s Love.

But one day I changed. I changed the way I prayed. I began to pray a new way. I asked for God’s Love to fill me and flow through me. I asked God’s Love to be me. He answered my prayer and continues to do as I continually ask Him to fill me with His Divine Love. No where else could such a great treasure I find than this Love I have found that within me dwells.

* * *

Love Me in the spirit of obedience, in the spirit of truth, with the wholeness of your heart to know the wholeness of My Love. My Holiness as you expressing, naturally, fluidly, abundantly without your mind action, without thought. Call upon the Spirit of Truth to lead you in all your thought and action.

Let My will be known unto your heart and mind. Through this Love Divine I offer you each, I come to teach, not to preach. I come to show, so each will know My way as their own. Know Me intimately. Know Me immediately. Know me presently, for I am with the continually. The Spirit of Truth will come, leading you in all right ways.

In the power of the Holy Ghost resteth an ability to know God, and to please him. It is he, that purifieth the mind by his secret working. He enlighteneth the heart to conceive, worthy thoughts of Almighty God."  ~George Stanley Faber

PRACTICAL TREATISE

THE ORDINARY OPERATIONS
OF
THE HOLY SPIRIT

By the Reverend George Stanley Faber (1773-1854)
Published in London, England 1814

Description: A thoughtfully-distilled but unforgiving assertion of the valuelessness of superficial religiousness. George Faber (1773-1854) was educated at Oxford, where he was made a fellow of University College in 1793. He resigned his fellowship a decade later in order to marry, and took up a series of livings (including Long Newton, to which he is identified as being rector in this edition) before becoming prebendary of Salisbury in 1830. Faber was an evangelical (but not a dissenter) who stressed the importance of faith as faith's own justification, and the absolute authority of the scriptures. Faber completed his treatise on the Holy Spirit in 1800, but was by his own definition 'in no hurry' to publish, preferring instead to reflect on and digest what he had written. The work finally appeared c1813-14. Within, he asserts that people are 'no better than heathens' if their Christianity is outward only. Instead, he advocates a 'radical change of heart' accompanied by a concerted change in 'outward manners.

A PRACTICAL TREATISE
THE ORDINARY OPERATIONS OF THE HOLY SPIRIT

PREFACE

Every person, who is in the least degree acquainted with the corruption of the human heart, will readily acknowledge, that his own unassisted abilities are totally unequal to the task of faithfully serving God. Repeated violations of the most solemn resolutions of amendment have shown him his weakness ; and his numerous lapses have wofully convinced him, that he stands in need of some divine conductor to lead him in safety through the perilous journey of life. Such a guide is promised in Scripture to every sincere Christian.

We are not to suppose, that the ordinary operations of the Holy Spirit were confined to the apostolic age. Human nature is much alike, at all periods, and in all countries. Though Christianity is now established, and though miraculous interference is no longer necessary to the well-being of the Church ; yet the present race of men will never be essentially better than their heathen predecessors, so long as they rest satisfied with having only outwardly embraced the religion of the Messiah. A mere hypocritical and external profession of faith cannot be pleasing to that God, who regards motives no less than actions. A radical change must take place in the heart, as well as an outward reformation in the manners; and this change can only be effected by the agency of some superior power. The heart is as much averse now to the genuine practice of piety, as it was in the days of the Apostles; and, though we have no longer to combat the horrors of persecution, we have still to struggle with the unwillingness and corruption of the soul. If the whole of religion consisted in the bare belief of certain tenets and in the due observance of certain ceremonies, we should find very little difficulty in becoming thoroughly religious characters. But,

when we are called upon to begin the work of self- reformation: when we are required to love God with all our heart, with all our soul, and with all our strength ; when we are enjoined to prefer, upon all occasions, his will to our own, and to sacrifice our bosom sins, our darling vices, upon the altar of Christianity; then commences the struggle: the inbred venom of our nature immediately shows itself; our very spirit rises both against the law and the lawgiver; and we discover the utter impossibility of working any change in our affections merely by our own efforts. No human arguments can persuade a man to love what he hates, and to delight in what he detests. Submission they may perhaps teach him; but it will be the sullen submission of a slave, not the cheerful acquiescence of a son. To produce this change is the peculiar office of the Holy Spirit; and, since none but he can produce it, his ordinary influence is absolutely and universally necessary at present, and will be equally so even to the very end of the world.

In the following pages, I have endeavored to state what appears to me the plain doctrine of Scripture and the Church of England. Though we are repeatedly assured by the word of God, that of ourselves we can do no good thing; yet we. are never represented as mere machines, subjected to an overwhelming and irresistible influence. The aid of the Holy Spirit is freely offered unto all; nor does that blessed Person

cease to strive even with the most profligate, till they have obstinately rejected the counsel of God against themselves. The still small voice of conscience, which is in effect the voice of God, long continues to admonish them: and the extreme difficulty, which they find in silencing it, sufficiently shows how unwilling the Almighty is that any should perish. All that will, may be saved; for our Lord hath expressly declared, that, whosoever cometh unto him, he will in no wise cast him out. Let none therefore despair on the ground of their being rejected by a tremendous and irreversible decree of exclusion: for surely, if such a decree existed, God's repeated expostulations with sinners for slighting his gracious offers, when at the same time they lay under a fatal necessity of slighting them, would be a solemn mockery, unworthy of a being of infinite mercy and holiness.

In fact, the general experience of mankind perfectly agrees with scripture. There never yet was a good man who did not find that he both required and received divine assistance to enable him to overcome his corruptions; and there never yet was a bad man, who did not perceive somewhat within him forcibly restraining him from the commission of sin, and warmly urging him to the practice of holiness. Half of the follies and vanities of the world are mere contrivances to silence this troublesome monitor. Men love darkness rather than lights simply because their deeds are evil.
