God Realized

Christ Consciousness

Kingdom Consciousness

This is all one in the same. This is the result of calling My name, opening the door, seeking that which your soul has been forever looking for. Seek and ye shall find. Look within for the presence of the Divine.

From: Centuries of Meditations By: Thomas Traherne

“… And thus all ages are present in my soul and all kingdoms and God blessed forever. And thus Jesus Christ is seen in me, and dwelleth in me, when I believe upon Him. And thus all Saints are in me, and I in them. And thus all Angels and the Eternity and Infinity of God are in me for evermore. I being the living temple and comprehensor of them. Since therefore all other ways of In-being would be utterly vain, were it not for this; And the Kingdom of God (as our Saviour Saith) is within you, let us ever think and meditate on Him, that His conception, nativity, life and death may always be within us. Let heaven and earth, men and angels, God and His creatures be always within us, that is in our sight, in our sense, in our life and esteem: that in the light of the Holy Ghost we may see that glory of His Eternal Kingdom, and sing the song of Moses, and the song of the Lamb saying, Great and marvellous are Thy works, Lord God Almighty, just and true are Thy Ways, Thou King of Saints”.

Thomas Traherne

(1766.8) 159:3.12 When my children once become self-conscious of the assurance of the divine presence, such a faith will expand the mind, ennoble the soul, reinforce the personality, augment the happiness, deepen the spirit perception, and enhance the power to love and be loved.

But while the former steps in evolution were taken by Nature without a conscious will in the plant and animal life, in man Nature becomes able to evolve by a conscious will in the instrument. It is not, however, by the mental will in man that this can be wholly done, for the mind goes only to a certain point and after that can only move in a circle. A conversion has to be made, a turning of the consciousness by which mind has to change into the higher principle. This method is to be found through the ancient psychological discipline and practice of Yoga. In the past, it has been attempted by a drawing away from the world and a disappearance into the height of the Self or the Spirit. Sri Aurobindo teaches that a descent of the higher principle is possible which will not merely release the spiritual Self out of the world, but release it in the world, replace the mind's ignorance or its very limited knowledge by a supramental Truth-Consciousness which will be a sufficient instrument of the inner Self and make it possible for the human being to find himself dynamically as well as inwardly and grow out of his still animal humanity into a diviner race. The psychological discipline of Yoga can be used to that end by opening all the parts of the being to a conversion or transformation through the descent and working of the higher still concealed supramental principle.

According to numerous indications – including the express declarations of Jesus himself – much that is essential to the proper comprehension and practical application of Christian doctrine, was reserved for future disclosure. History has yet to record the full manifestation of that “Spirit of Truth,” who was to testify of Jesus, and lead his followers into all truth. And the world has still to see the Christ-ideal so “lifted up” and exhibited as, by force of its perfection as a system of life and thought, irresistibly to “draw all men” to it.

Will of God

130:2.7 This was a conference which lasted well into the night, in the course of which the young man requested Jesus to tell him the difference between the will of God and that human mind act of choosing which is also called will. In substance Jesus said: The will of God is the way of God, partnership with the choice of God in the face of any potential alternative. To do the will of God, therefore, is the progressive experience of becoming more and more like God, and God is the source and destiny of all that is good and beautiful and true. The will of man is the way of man, the sum and substance of that which the mortal chooses to be and do. Will is the deliberate choice of a self-conscious being which leads to decision-conduct based on intelligent reflection.

130:2.4 One of the young men who worked with Jesus one day on the steering paddle became much interested in the words which he dropped from hour to hour as they toiled in the shipyard. When Jesus intimated that the Father in heaven was interested in the welfare of his children on earth, this young Greek, Anaxand, said: “If the Gods are interested in me, then why do they not remove the cruel and unjust foreman of this workshop?” He was startled when Jesus replied, “Since you know the ways of kindness and value justice, perhaps the Gods have brought this erring man near that you may lead him into this better way. Maybe you are the salt which is to make this brother more agreeable to all other men; that is, if you have not lost your savor. As it is, this man is your master in that his evil ways unfavorably influence you. Why not assert your mastery of evil by virtue of the power of goodness and thus become the master of all relations between the two of you? I predict that the good in you could overcome the evil in him if you gave it a fair and living chance. There is no adventure in the course of mortal existence more enthralling than to enjoy the exhilaration of becoming the material life partner with spiritual energy and divine truth in one of their triumphant struggles with error and evil. It is a marvelous and transforming experience to become the living channel of spiritual light to the mortal who sits in spiritual darkness. If you are more blessed with truth than is this man, his need should challenge you. Surely you are not the coward who could stand by on the seashore and watch a fellow man who could not swim perish! How much more of value is this man’s soul floundering in darkness compared to his body drowning in water!”

God is Good

130:1.5 Jesus’ last visit with Gadiah had to do with a discussion of good and evil. This young Philistine was much troubled by a feeling of injustice because of the presence of evil in the world alongside the good. He said: “How can God, if he is infinitely good, permit us to suffer the sorrows of evil; after all, who creates evil?” It was still believed by many in those days that God creates both good and evil, but Jesus never taught such error. In answering this question, Jesus said: “My brother, God is love; therefore he must be good, and his goodness is so great and real that it cannot contain the small and unreal things of evil. God is so positively good that there is absolutely no place in him for negative evil. Evil is the immature choosing and the unthinking misstep of those who are resistant to goodness, rejectful of beauty, and disloyal to truth. Evil is only the misadaptation of immaturity or the disruptive and distorting influence of ignorance. Evil is the inevitable darkness which follows upon the heels of the unwise rejection of light. Evil is that which is dark and untrue, and which, when consciously embraced and willfully endorsed, becomes sin.

130:1.6 “Your Father in heaven, by endowing you with the power to choose between truth and error, created the potential negative of the positive way of light and life; but such errors of evil are really nonexistent until such a time as an intelligent creature wills their existence by mischoosing the way of life. And then are such evils later exalted into sin by the knowing and deliberate choice of such a willful and rebellious creature. This is why our Father in heaven permits the good and the evil to go along together until the end of life, just as nature allows the wheat and the tares to grow side by side until the harvest.” Gadiah was fully satisfied with Jesus’ answer to his question after their subsequent discussion had made clear to his mind the real meaning of these momentous statements.

Love Letters Left Behind

“Connecting to the Divine within, instead of praying to God without.” This idea, I recently read, was attributed to the Upanishads. Yes! This is exactly what I do. This is my truth expressed. But who or what are the Upanishads, they who so say? And so another search begins.

The Upanishads are love letters left behind so others as they come can find their way inside to the Divine. Attributed to the Indian mind, they were written by many hands spread far and wide. But the Truth contained within each is the same, for all Truth is One, though called by many names.

This is what you are doing now, you and the many others. You are doing the same. You have called My name. You have answered My call. And you have found Me, realized Me within, within yourself, within all. Thus you write what you know and your life as well shows.

Truth can not be kept down. Forever Truth lives. As you read these long ago writings you will see plainly the same Truth spoken again and again. Come home unto your heart. Come within.
Some attribute this wisdom to oral tradition but Truth such as this is only known spiritually. Words do not serve the heart. Words are only a place to start.

 quotes below from: http://hinduism.about.com/od/scripturesepics/a/upanishads.htm
The authors of the Upanishads were many, but they were not solely from the priestly caste. They were poets prone to flashes of spiritual wisdom, and their aim was to guide a few chosen pupils to the point of liberation, which they themselves had attained.
The term 'Upanishad' literally means, "sitting down near" or "sitting close to", and implies listening closely to the mystic doctrines of a guru or a spiritual teacher, who has cognized the fundamental truths of the universe.
In the Upanishads we get a glimpse into the workings of the minds of the great Indian thinkers who were unhampered by the tyranny of religious dogma, political authority, pressure of public opinion, seeking truth with single-minded devotion, rare in the history of thought.

My Choir, the Voice of Unity

Jan 6, 2014

This I wrote today as I heard God's Word:

It is the combined voice, the Voice of Unity that will be heard across the world and recognized as My Word. Truth shall come forth as it rises up from within. This Truth can not be held nor contained within any. Like cream, it rises to the top, like a stream it bubbles forth in those that have so allowed My being within them to be set free. This is how it is. And this is how for all others that come unto me it shall be. These Truths can not be contained. They are not for personal gain. They are a gift to humanity. I give them (these words) to you because I wish you to bring them (My people) back to me.

It may seem to you as if you are just bunch of voices preaching or singing unto the choir, but as a choir your Voice is stronger and clearer, bringing others nearer, nearer unto Me, this Voice which fuels thee.

Some have chosen to step away from all that “the world” has had to say. But as each did they found within a greater source of information than any the mind of man has ever conceived. Information which has proved above and beyond that which for centuries man has believed and made his creed.

And after some time away, realizing that they had something important to say, they came together and compared notes discovering that the same truths each had been uncovering. Now they are binding, uniting as a force, with the Force behind it all. For birds of a feather must stick together. And what God has so joined married in spirit, with the Divine Consciousness He/She Is, no man will ever put asunder.

Hear My people roar! Hear My Divine thunder! For I bring them to you not to punish, but to bring relief, this relief each and every heart so seeks. See the beauty in this design. Look My dears at the workings of the Divine.
