When you find yourself feeling down or blue or bad because of what someone else may have said or done you must change your mind by redirecting your thoughts to what does feel good. Distraction is the key to the attraction of a new attitude. Move away. Look away. Think a new way. Think thoughts of love and joy naturally or by thinking of or doing that which brings you joy. Let these feelings of joy lighten your heart and the dark shadows caused by the storm clouds in your mind. You may physically move but it more important to mentally move to a new space, to focus on a new idea, the idea which brings the Peace of Heaven again to your heart.
