Don’t let your spirit be broken. Look for love and joy everywhere. You have tasted the bitterness of life away from the knowing of My sweet redeeming Love, but only tasted. You do not realize what a fortune you have always known, as you were raised in love and acceptance. Let this little taste fuel your compassion for those living their lives away from the knowing. Let your heart reach out with My Love to all you meet. Many you may touch will find your Love, My Love, as never before known to them. Bring My Peace to My people. Show them My Love. Show them where to find Me.

Man is perfected in his God Realization, his recognition of his true Spirit essence, of this True Self, his “Christ-ness.” With total recall, he is pure in spirit and mind, wholly holy. God Speed.
You are going to have to change your mind. When someone says something that trips a mental trigger that sends you to a bad feeling place it is of no use to bother one moment with the idea of changing what they say. For the only thing that can possibly matter to you is what you do with it in your own mind. If you don’t like the thoughts that come to your mind and thus the feeling that comes over you, reach for a good thought, a better thought, a new way for you to mentally process and thus emotionally process the information (energy) coming to you. Change your mind about it. Think of it a new way. Create in your own brain a new association for those words.
Someone says “It’s only 55 days until Christmas” and to them it may be a statement in anticipation of the joy of giving and the traditional celebration, but to another that same statement may bring on a feeling of dread and anxiety as they think of the many preparations yet to be done. Whatever the meaning intended by another, you get to choose your own personal interpretation of the saying, even if the other is saying such with a heavy heart full of anxiety.
It is your choice, always your choice, what you do with any energy directed your way. You can leave it, push against it or accept it. If you choose to accept it, make sure whatever you accept feels good and sets right within your heart of hearts. Only let in what feels good to you. In this way you are living the saying “To thy own Self be true.”
So what is true to you about the thought of Christmas approaching? What do you want to think about it? Of course you want to feel good about it, so make it a true statement that feels good to you which can repeat to yourself whenever “the Christmas lights” flash before your eyes.
A Christ is born unto the world.
Very nice, very true and as you know continues to be true as you are yourself birthing a new Christ within your own heart. Repeat it again and again.
