Exercise, ritual, tradition, religion, dogma, scripture, all of these systems have been put in place not as an end, but as a means to an end, an end of fear and suffering. Taking each back to the beginning, back to the good, back to God, eternal and internal. Hear the call My people, answer.
Stop thinking. Start feeling. If you can read this, you may hear it. Hear My call. This is My voice. Speaking aloud to your heart. Stop the drama. Begin the passion. I keep telling you. Feel alive.
I did not design your bodies to self-destruct. I designed them beautifully with systems in place for automatic healing, with warning lights. Pain and disease malfunctions should only be temporary conditions as you respond to these “flashing” alerts and realign yourself with your truth of wholeness. Yes, action on your part is needed. Just as action on your part created an imbalance in your system, your action is required to correct it.
Why don’t you see this? Why don’t you understand this? Instead of proper action, you take a pill and essentially tell your body to “shut up” that you no longer want to hear it’s complaints and thus you “cut the wires” of this oh, so wonderful alert system divinely designed.
