Love is the Rule

Not everything in the Bible is the word of “God,” much of it is the word of “Man” attempting to understand and make rules and judgments for and about God.

This is becoming clear to my psyche.

Love is the rule. Love the Lord God with all your heart and mind. Love your neighbor as yourself. Faith, speaking in tongues, healing and prophesying are good but if one has not Love, they are all works in vain. This Love is special. It is Divine. It is God’s Love, a Gift for our hearts, free for the asking, a Gift of Spirit, Holy Spirit. Feels like home.

I hear what you are saying.

Love is the rule and better yet, when Divine Love fills your heart, Love rules your heart. No rules are needed.

Why do people need rules?

People need rules until they get it right, until the rightness becomes them. Very few, of those Paul preached to, actually received “the Gift.” If the people truly had, they wouldn’t have needed his rules. And our history would have been full of saints, so full of saints that they would not be historically regarded as extraordinary but ordinary Christians.

To be so filled with “the Gifts” of the Holy Spirit, to be bursting with Divine Love, is “the Gift” Jesus Christ brought to Earth from God. When the Holy Spirit descended on Jesus of Nazareth he became The Christ, all at once His complete essence was of God. Jesus was the first ever to so embody the essence of God, Divine Love. When He did so, He did it completely. All at once. For so great was His Love of God and desire to be One with Him.

The life Jesus lived, as Christ, was to show us what would be possible as well for each of us. We were to believe in Him, believe that He was such a manifestation of God. And to believe that we could as well be such and command the universe, such as Jesus did.

Jesus said that “Christ” would come again and live through us and when “Christ” descended upon us we would be delivered from ourselves, from our old nature. We would be given new eyes to see and new ears to hear. That’s all for now.

The words that fill the pages before this are not “my thoughts.” These words are “my thoughts.” I think the words before were “Divinely Inspired Knowings.” Delivered to my soul, and translated by my soul, to my psyche which wrote them in this journal. They are a direct manifestation of my soul’s development and thus a result of my ability to know things higher. These ideas are not pre-formulated in my mind. They are “discoveries” to me that sit right with my mind, for I am ready to know them.

Don’t think you have to know everything, for if you thought you knew everything, you would not be able to know all there is for you to know. Don’t be a know it all. Be a seeker, a seeker of Truth, which is Love.

As far as we know and understand today God has sometimes dictated word for word and sometimes just inspired man what to write down for the coming generations to read, remember and follow. There is no possible way in which you can tell today what sentences or words are coming from God directly or what sentences and words that are coming from God indirectly so to speak. And not is it possible to value in what way or how much inspiration you can value is behind every sentence or word in the Bible.
When we are questioning whether the whole Bible is a gift from God we are in fact questioning God himself. How is it possible that He has given us His word at certain occasions but not all? And yet He has approved to that without any attempt to change it in spite of these books of the Bible are more than 2000 years old here. You are making this statement here as if it were a fact without any doubt at all but you are not leaving anything at all that can prove you are right here but the statement that "this is becoming clear to my psyche". How it does you don´t tell however which gives a lot of nourishment to uncertainty and speculations I am afraid. In questioning certain books or texts in the Bible you are giving fuel to the secularists who are happy to get every opportunity to question not only the Bible but also the existence of Jesus Christ and even God.
There are in fact a lot of examples from the Bible showing that we can rely on the words from God. I will here just give some exemples taken from the OT as the NT.
1."For you are God, O Sovereign Lord. Your words are truth, and you have promised these good things to your servant."
(2 Samuel 7:27-29).
2. "The very essence of your words is truth; all your just regulations will stand forever." (Psalm 119:159-161).
3. "Make them holy by your truth; teach them your word, which is truth." (John 17:16-18).
4. "When we tell you these things, we do not use words that come from human wisdom. Instead, we speak words given to us by the Spirit, using the Spirit’s words to explain spiritual truths."
(1 Corinthians 2:12-14).
5. "We reject all shameful deeds and underhanded methods. We don’t try to trick anyone or distort the word of God. We tell the truth before God, and all who are honest know this." (2 Corinthians 4:1-3).
As we can see from these examples the words don´t come from human beings. I f the don´t come directly from God they come from the Spirit who is sent by God. To question this fundamental law here will give ammunition to the the secularists to question the whole Bible as a fake to give the Church power over mankind in all times.
To the ones who are still uncertain how to read, interpret, understand and believe in the Bible I can refer to some of my favorite authors on this very subject professor William Lane Craig and three of his very well known and popular books.
1. Reasonable Faith: Christian Truth and Apologetics (1984).
2. Hard Questions, Real Answers (2003).

Dear Stefan,

It must be understood that this writing is part of a much greater context of thought and self discovery which is complied in my book Listen Hear, A Divine Love Story. I consider the writing shown in italics to be from the Higher Source of all which is within all.

This book came about I as followed the promptings of this Inner Voice and wrote what came to me without the opportunity for my mind to disagree. Thus I wrote what you now can read. Nothing is black and white as it may seem. I take not offense that you disagree, in fact you quite free to disagree with me or any. I just feel compelled to share my story. The story of how awakening to this Voice of Love and heeding Its promptings has lifted my soul to such a greater degree that I had ever before imagined.

The inspirations were truly inspirations, which means new to me from someplace within me, awakenings to greater consciousnesses. All this took place within the privacy of my journal pages and at that time I had no idea that I would feel the necessity to share as freely as I am now sharing. I am not alone in this discovery. Since this writing of this book I have found many others whom have had their own personal revelations so much the same as mine that I know in my heart that all has to be the work of Divine Decree.

As far as the idea of questioning God, or if He even exists, well, I think that is fine thing to do. Quite necessary in fact if one is to ever walk in faith of God confidently. It is only with questions that answers can be found. I ask continually and answers I receive. The Christ Jesus in fact told us to expect this possibility. He announced that after he was gone from earth he would send the Spirit of Truth, the Comforter to us to quicken our understanding. No one seems to talk much about that part of the Bible so it was not in my memory as I began to be filled with comfort, wisdom and joy. Not until the following year did I find these Bible scriptures and know their truth.

We are to believe, we are not to believe a thing, for knowing is the only way to full Truth. We are to ask, to question each statement, each idea proposed and let it sit in our heart with wonder. For the only way to full Truth is knowing and knowing can only come from questioning, seeking, and experiencing. No system of belief is the full Truth. Each can be a way to explore Truth if you approach each with an open mind and heart.

Why do so many fall away and fall short of the beliefs they profess?

Because they never knew them as full truths in their heart, they never discovered for themselves the value of the words. The words were not given unto their hearts, but instead delivered to their minds by man.

Many of mankind have found God and fully know him. They feel a rush and expedience to share this knowledge of the Truth of God, God’s Divine Love, and thus they each attempt to set forth a plan, a system, to guide the others unto this light. Each fully understanding that their purpose is to be the messenger of such Good News and that they can only point the way.

I got a healing feeling within my heart.

When you listen to your heart, amazing things happen. I’m not speaking of the heart which beats within your body. I speak of your true heart, the pulse of life within your being that is you, that has always been you and will continue to be you after your bodily heart makes its last beat. Your heart knows all, for your heart is All. All Wisdom, all Joy, all Peace, all Love.

I wish only peace and joy for you Stefan. I am honored to have you take the time to read what I have offered freely here. I think discussion is wonderful but after all the talking each needs to retreat to the quiet within and get to know the Truth of themselves for themselves. In no other way can Truth be known.

Excuse what will probably be a rambling reply. I had a similar experience to you in having messages come through into my journal with the same messages and it was all about letting love be the guiding force of life.

One of the things that came through to me was: "No creed should take precedence over love. See the universal truths of love and compassion that are woven in your religions and myths and let go of what man has added out of fear and the desire to keep you separate from each other. Don’t let the wounds of your past keep you from a relationship with the sacred within you and in the world. The most beautiful expression of spirit is living in joy and connection with all life—honoring the journey with love. It’s that simple and, yes, for many that difficult." (From Scared to Scared: Lessons in Learning to Dance with Life).

There are so many things in the Bible that I believe have to be discarded, if nothing else, as Divine teachings for a completely different time in history that we can't apply now. I don't see many people applying the laws of Leviticus in their everyday lives unless it is to be less than loving to homosexuals.

And as the beautiful teachings came through me I felt a deep responsibility much like others across time must have felt. I know they aren't my words. The language used is not how I normally speak. The Voice that spoke to me only spoke of love. I was very skeptical in the beginning because I didn't want to say that God was speaking to me because I didn't think I was that important.

I think all each person can do on their journey is to ask for discernment of spirit and to check everything against the new commandment that Jesus issued: Love God, Love Yourself, Love Your Neighbor.

And there are many things in the Old Testament that don't fit that new commandment. So I gently let that go. I can't see how at the end of my life, if I do my best to love all, that I can go that wrong.

And understand that there are many who have a different viewpoint about the Bible and I am not criticizing them. Just walking the path that spirit has asked me to walk.

I don't believe the Divine stopped speaking to us 2000 years ago. I believe that God whispers to us all to be more loving people each day. I can read much of the Bible and be comforted and inspired-- so yes God's inspiration is there but there is also things that I have to let go of.

I also don't believe that the Bible is the only word of God. I believe that many people across time have heard these whispers and God is always urges us to love in all traditions. I believe that if a teaching is a Universal Truth it will be found in all traditions.

And the Greatest Truth in found in all major Faiths is Compassion and Love. As the Voice said to me in my journal--"It’s that simple and, yes, ... that difficult."

I am familiar with Stefan, for we have spoken before on Facebook. Everyone must come to their own personal Truths as both Deb, Carol, and many have done. I too hear the Voice of Spirit and am so grateful to have found others who do. There is much inspiration and great teachings in the Bible, yet it is not the whole Truth or Pure Word of God. There are many books missing, many out of order, and the timelines are contradicting in several of them. All these contradictions are begin pointed out and shown by God through Anne Terri, within all 5 major religious texts at this time. Stefan is aware of this, as you are Deb, and the others that are working together on this wonderful Gift to Humanity. Anything in the Bible that goes against God's Commandments, which have been updated by the way, is not God's Word. Such as in the OT where it is written that God Said to go to war in His Name or the embellishment that Jesus was sent to die for the world's sins, is not the Truth. Love is the Way, the Truth, and the Life and no one can die in another's place. That would not be justice for a True Heavenly Father to send as a sacrifice, His so called "only begotten Son" to save a whole world of sinners, many of whom never even knew of his existence. It makes no sense at all if you use reason. God Says that Jesus is one of the main ways to Heaven, yet not the only way for many would never arrive if that was the case. Is it rational to think that there is only one way to Heaven, through Jesus? I believe in all the wisdom and oneness teachings from all the religions, and leave the rest that doesn't fit. How can a world in this modern time use a book that was written for a people that lived over 2000 years ago as a guide for living now? This is the reason for The Third Testament.
