It is like wakening up from a deep sleep. Suddenly you are aware of something else you haven´t been aware of before. It is like opening a door to a new reality. Your thoughts are new or refreshed. Suddenly you can see and hear that you haven´t before. It is like a new world taking place in you. You are aware of a new reality as if having been born again.
